As a Founder and Managing Partner, Rich is responsible for all aspects of Cardiac RMS’s Healthcare business including implementing the clinical service and IT platform models currently utilized.
Rich Glaim has over 30 years of experience in the CRM space including 20 years with CPI, Guidant and Boston Scientific and an additional 10 years with St. Jude and Abbott. Prior to co-founding Cardiac RMS, he received an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering in 1984. He was subsequently commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps as an infantry officer eventually achieving the rank of Major and is a proud combat veteran. Rich spent a short time as an engineer with CPI quickly gravitating towards the patient care aspect of the CRM space and has never looked back. He has spent the vast majority of his 30 years in the CRM space working with and training Fellows, Cardiologists, EPs, Nurses, Lab Staff and Patients.
